Anti aging GTFIH

Ashwaganda is very good but daily cardio is the main thing. Everything else needed would be contained in a high nutrition whole food diet

omega-3 is the only good PUFA, but even then it’s bad in excess. Definitely avoid the processed PUFAs like corn syrup, vegetable and seed oils. Turns people into faggots.
So eggs + fish and fats from stuff like milk r all fine?>

they work better preventatively, if you start with skincare once you've already recessed you fucked up.

the same goes for fin, you're not supposed to hop on when you're already losing it, you're supposed to do that before it happens.
Are you on fin?
Is 20 too young to hop on if haven’t seen any signs yet

i meant more about omega-3s being ok. is that true?
Omega 3s are very important too. But equally important is to reduce omega 6s. All about omega 3:6 ratio. You want to aim for 1:1. Average Americans diet is 16:1 omega 6 to 3 for context

16:1 is fucking brutal jfl

what’s special about omega 3s though? they’re still pufas right

All about the source. From Organic, grass fed, pasture raised its excellent.
I got grass fed raw milk, but the eggs are just from the supermarket.. good color yolk tho and frozen fish.

what does glycolic acid do? and is it topical or oral

I think its good for flushing out dead skin that can build up sometimes so it is replaced by new skin cells.

aren't there newer retinoids starting to be released on the market that work just as well with even less sides? heard something about that.

I have that 'tret' glow/smoothness while only using 2.5% retinol.
What newer retinoids are you talking about?
Tazaortene?

is it a topical? or a supplement

@gribsufer1 thoughts?
omega 3 is fucking twrrible ans the studies saying its good are biased, eating more than 2 eggs a day is bad too, pufa is pufa its still an unstable long chsin polymer that will break down in the body, the ions cause very harmful oxidation reactions

To be honest there’s nothing special about them. Arguably they’re as important as omega 6s, it’s just that we don’t get anywhere enough of them, and we get way too much omega 6s therefore it’s emphasised to focus on getting more of them

fatty fish is bad more than 2 eggs a day is bad
Oh hell Naa. That’s BS. The composition of eggs is the next best thing behind breast milk. In terms of mimicking the natural protein and fat composition of the human body. I have at least 4 eggs a day and so should everyone. Especially if your a male trying to hormone and gym max

He has it here for free:

I don't blame the guy, if you have the money you can do it. At first, I thought he was just a crazy dumbass, but after reviewing his stuff, yeah, it's pretty straightforward. I doubt most would disagree with him, you just need to fine non balling out of this world options for it.

it costs 1600 dollars per month to actually do whatever he said, not a crazy amount tbh

We need to discuss the best scientific methods out there to slow down our decaying as much as possible when we are still in our twenties, look up David Sinclair or Bryan Johnson

Inbefore “muh only 20 y/o matters, you better be dead by 30 etc etc” go fuck yourself, looking 25 at 40 has no price still
Retin A
MSM
Vitamin C
2L of water

I’m talking about pharmaceuticals like metformin, rapamycin etc
Doesn’t Tretinoin fall under that category since it’s a prescription

Thats what I hoped I consume alot of eggs.

we should research about what he did, I recall reading that admitted getting a cheek implant.
Pierre has got cheek implants yes. Though I reckon the rest is mostly properly applying fillers and botox. They have a vid where they go more into it and even introduce their doctor

yeah imo tret is great short term but not great long term, until we know how to fully reverse/negate sun damage and restore fat pads then it’s probably not worth
This makes no sense. Tret is one of the few products clinically proven to restore collagen and literally reverse sun damage. Just don't overdose on it + healthy habits mentioned already in the thread and you'll be fine.

surely the increase in sun sensitivity would negate that though? as you would take more sun damage ofc. unless it is extremely effective in reversing sun damage then it probably does more harm than good long term. that’s ignoring the fat pad loss and bone density loss too

What surgeries did they do?
Pierre has admitted to getting cheek implants and both he and Nick often got filler and botox done as discussed in the video I linked up above.

retinoids, ghk-cu and microneedling
