Alright boyos, now that I've killed most of the DHT in my body cortisol is next in my crosshairs. I feel like this is imperative for both looksmaxxing and not being a mentalcel. Negative effects of cortisol:
-higher blood sugar
-suppressed immune system
-acne
-weight gain
-rounding of face
-thinner skin
So its shit for your skin, body, and face as well as making you a nervous fuck who becomes a stuttering mess in uncomfortable situations, wew! We're even also seeing signs that it fucks you cognitively over time. How do we lower cortisol? I have on my list right now ashwagandha and buteyko breathing. Some people are saying fish oil and vitamin c as well. I also found a study that demonstrated a 40% reduction in baseline cortisol on average with a 2000ui/day supp of vitamin d.
