I am 19 and my self-esteem has been in the negatives for a long time. Any advice will be appreciated.

Definitely change the haircut, but your side profile is pretty good, good eye area and maxillary projection. Maybe should bone smash chin or get filler as it's kind of lacking compared to your maxilla projection.
