Any afters of custom implant done by pagnoni that WERENT designed by giant implants

I am just curious how they differ. All the results ive seen posted here were designed by giant and pagnoni just did the placement

Curious if there are any i missed where pagnoni did placement and design (or at least his bluepilled lackeys in the 3d design office did it for him or however it works)
