Have you tried SSRI's? People hate them here, but outside of this place lots of people say it helped them a lot of being lower inhibition etc.

Sadly I'm yet to find ANYTHING that actually impressed me, and i've tried so much shit.
lyrica, pregablin, phenebut, mdma, cocaine etc etc....it might be faster to list the drugs i've not tried! Yet to find something that just eliminate approach anxiety and stuff

Alcohol is probably the one that is still leading the pack tbh (in terms of low inhibition and anxiety killing) although 1/it's still not always powerful enough depending on how i'm feeling on the night 2/you can of course end up a dribbling, mumbling idiot where the benefits are outwieghted by your drunkardness!

I still want to keep trying more though. I want to try adhd meds next. I actually bought some last week on the darkweb although it looks like i've been scammed!! lol (he likely will take my money and not send anything)

Other than that, about the only things i've not tried are legit anxiety meds (SSRI's etc)

Nothing you're not doing anything bad by taking tramadol to heal emotional pain. People take opioids to heal physical pain so what difference does it make if you take it to heal emotional pain n depression?
