My ES ratio is already 0.46 but FWHR is 1.79, bottom of brows, in 50 mm lenses camera. Can double jaw with CCW rotation give me one point more to achieve 1.9? My cheekbones are already ok and MSE will produce changes to the ES ratio, so augmenting the width of the face is not an option.

I can't speculate on exact numbers because it depends on your starting point but that doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility, but yeah ccw rotation is going to do this a lot (though obviously more for the chin downswing)

read the post nigg the only other thing is MSE and my ES ratio is already 0.46 so augmenting checkbones will fuck up my eye area

I have 1mm recession less than average, honestly asking bc cant see doctor rn, wanted to prepare before asking him
Well I would just be direct with the question and see if he knows what sort of gain for fwhr you can get with him, but it may well be something he doesn't really give a shit about

Thats the reason im asking here, most surgeons are not that aspie

It wouldn't really make sense for this to happen. The mobilization involved in jaw surgery has nothing to do with expanding the maxilla or the zygoma.

I mean my face is wide enough for my eyes, just want to make it shorter

In that case, impaction would be one way of shortening the face, but it may not produce harmonious results. Depends.

Yes bro, ngl sounds impossible
i think nigs on here talk about
upward rhino rotation and lip lift combined with lip reduction for soft tissue
high cut le fort 1 impaction with bsso ccw if you have gummy smile

anyone know if a mfl3 would do it?

the only way to change your fwhr without changing your es and midface ratio is to lower your eyebrows. There is LITERALLY NO OTHER WAY.

Aprreciate it bro, havent thought about that, my supraorbitals are not ideal so maybe i can find a way to do it

You need to lower your eyebrows by about 4.5 mm to get a fwhr of 1.9

Any surgical options to lower eyebrows? Thank you bro
I know botox can be used to lower the eyebrows, but it would be more beneficial to get supraorbital rim implants if your browridge is recessed. A lot of times high set eyebrows are caused by an illusion due to weak forehead/supraorbital bones so bringing them forward will make the distance I drew in purple look smaller and consequently make them look lower (especially in pictures since your face gets flattened).

Epply implant:

IMO this result is kinda meh though because he didn't ask for more projection in the glabella (middle) region of the brow. So as you can see only the lateral part of the eyebrows got lowered. The middle part still looks too high set. Which also made the eyebrows tilt go from positive to neutral/negative JFL. One of these would be better with more projection in the middle:

I have no idea if you can get fillers that'll give you projection in the brow. But you can get fillers for brow wrinkles though so maybe it's a possibility.

Also, you, theoretically, should be able to get an get an eyebrow transplant that removes the top rows of your eyebrow hairs and relocates them to directly below. But I have never, ever heard of anyone doing this, probably because normies don't really understand facial aesthetics like we do and lowering eyebrows would be the last cosmetic procedure any of them would even consider. But you CAN do it. It would be extremely easy for any hair specialist to perform.

Again though, your bones would have to align with the eyebrow or it would really fucking weird. So if your case is caused by recession, fixing the bones should always be priority #1.

Forward wise, not at all. I think everyone here would consider it a strong brow and your supra orbitals have good lateral and forward projection. But it has very little downward projection and looks really far away from your eyes . Here's about 4-5 mm lowering:

For that you'd need an implant. My suggestion would be to talk to eppley and be VERY SPECIFIC that you want downward projection.
