supplements play a minor role so don't go taking them if you're not already eating decent amounts of meat and eggs to get the majority of your easy to get nutrients
decent supplements:
- D3 + K2
- Cod liver oil
- Boron
- Zinc
- Magnesium
way more if you want to spend even more money ig but there are a lot of threads look for one many people recommend and why they are beneficial basically use common sense
