Any one with experience on under eye fillers?

Im considering taking some. I am worried about long term migration. A doctor on realself (who does fillers...) says as long as you use the correct filler for the right area that it will not migrate. Anyone got experience on this?

I would like to get tear trough silicone implants. Which I think is really weird is not being discussed on this site.
