I'm going to start a protocol of 4.8g piracetam and 300mg CDP choline to improve brain function and taurine (to reduce free radicals) as brain fog combating stack + keto diet
because modafinil and l theanine seem to be cope

any existing users thoughts on this protocol? reddit would be better place to ask tbh but I think I'm shadowbanned

Good luck with that, although nootropics tend to have minimal effects on people who are already high-IQ. Brain fog might be caused by other things: not enough sleep, a sedentary lifestyle, too much masturbation and porn, too much time spent in front of the computer, etc... In rare cases it might be because of a nutritional deficiency like not enough vitamins B or magnesium.

Where did you get that numbers from? The doses look swapped imo. It should be: 4.8g choline, 300mg piracetam.

Don't tell me you're gonna swallow 4800mg piracetam per day, that's 48× recommended dose.

Also, the daily recommended choline intake is exactly 4g, quite close to 4.8g you mentioned.

Are you sure you didn't swap those numbers, and where did you get them from in the first place?

- phenylpiracetam, 100mg daily
- IDRA-21, 5mg daily
- DMAE, 1g daily
- DHEA, 100mg × 3 per day
- cabergoline, 0.5mg per week
- some anti-norwooding agent like minox or topilutamide.
- nofap

You should take all noops in the morning, except DHEA which you take 3 times daily. Take caber, 1 pill per week, for 4 weeks only, it will reset your dopamine after years of fapping.

No need to thank me.

you can't just expect me to follow all that without linking some source or elaborating when you messed up the dose recommendation
I'm not using it to reset dopamine receptors got cooming I need to study uninterrupted with 15 hours of focus daily and sharpen my critical thinking faculties/imagination

Lifestyle.

So first, you need enough sleep. Noops are not a substitute.

Also, you need no stress, healthy relationship, peer support and regular sex.

That said, take 2.5g choline per day, from 3 different sources. You might be allergic to any single source, but 3 sources combined should be fine.

Take phenylpiracetam, it's the best of racetams out there. Also, it gives you "endurance" if you know what I mean. Not only wakes you up, but also gives you willpower.

IDRA-21 is the best anti-sleep drug ever, but works with a delay.

Take DHEA, which is a precursor to neurosteroids that are as important as everything else. They change your character to more resilient and also risk taking. Take some anti-norwood, just in case.

If you don't present a proof that you aren't a coomer, then I'm assuming you are one and your dopamine is on record low. Take caber for 4 weeks, it will restore your dopamine.

Take DMAE, it's a nootropic and also looksmax.

You might also take NSI-189 to prevent developing tolerance for racetams, but I can not confirm if it works.



Take a break from noops on weekends. Stop IDRA-21 on Friday and take on Sunday, because it has delay. Buy yourself some PCT, even something like ATD or tribulus and cycle off DHEA every 8 weeks, for 2 weeks, making 10 week cycle total.



If you need an emergency boost, take noopept just before the event.
