Any program to get a better bf % ?

Hello all, so i started hitting the gym 3 weeks ago

i've been doing a push pull leg program kinda (my friend told me to do so) but maybe you got something better for me ?

Im 1m78 70kg (skinnyfat)

I want to gain some muscle while losing my bf so any program for that ? (i mostly store fat on cheeks and thighs)

Not feasible :(
 
It is possible to lose fat while gaining muscle, it's especially easier as a beginner. Changing your program really doesn't make that much of a difference regarding fat loss as it's more about calories in/out, make sure your workouts are intense tho.
