Any skincare tips when taking accutane. FOR OILY SKIN

So finally my skin became kinda dry and sensitive. Any touch can make my skin look like a tomato lmao. When I use moisturiser my skin also becomes red.
I generally had oily skin before accutane. Should I use moisturiser for oily skin or for dry skin now to avoid breakouts?

my skin is naturally dry and sensitive
I wash my face every 2 days with cerave + use hyaluronic acid serum instead of a moisturizer
sweating is good for dry skin also
