Side wing can fix it but there isn't too much info online about it. Bsso can if the surgeon know how to but most surgeons probably won't do it also if you bite is correct you will need a full bimax. Best option is jaw implants

Depends on the cut, but unless you're getting crazy amount of downgraft + forward movement, it won't be noticeable.
