Any thoughts on the designs for my custom cheek/infraorbital and wrap-around jaw implants?

Why do you say that?
Because you don't need them and you will look unnatural after.
The simulation that you've made is not accurate
Not worth it imo

how much are you paying?

I'm getting custom implants at the end of August with Dr. Phillip Miller in NYC. I just got the implant designs today, and I took they did a really good job at addressing the assymetries in my face, but I wanted to get any opinions or suggestions on any edits that should be made. I attached photoshopped pictures of how I would want my results to look like. I am trying to avoid a fake or uncanny valley look.

@RealSurgerymax
Looks good tbh

@BlackpillRemedy

You will look bloated and feminine from the malars and wraparound implants are just bad in general.

Go with somebody who actually knows how to design implants, surgeon doesn't matter that much they're just doing grunt work.

I agree.

Don't think OP needs any surgery at all.

Any independent designers that you would suggest?
