yep i have long midface too and now i keep high volume hair. When it comes to unfixable flaws you must create an illlusion, its all u can do really

Depends what Is the issue. If it's the philtrum length, you can reduce it with a lip augmentation AND a reduction at the same time (reduces the length while not making it look like you take it up the ass). If it's the bone, it's more complicated, because even if the bones are osteotomied, there's no good way for the soft tissue to be remodeled as well. I remember Giant saying something about a modified LF3 being able to solve this but not sure because he never explained himself. Anyway if that's the issue the only surefire way is to elongate the lower third with jaw angle implants
