8 months ago i had circumsicion done because i had phimosis all my childhood and adolescence, i thought the only treatment was surgery never heard about steroid creams, i'm not in a muslim country or israel, and thought it was good idea to proceed with it because i saw some mutts in 4chan gloryfying their cocks. My doctor(old foid) just told me to strech the skin in the shower, i did that for 2 years and nothing happened. I said fuck and asked my mom to appoint a surgery. Nobody adviced anything

I've researched it a bit, there are some guys who have posted their photos online, and it looks "natural." Of course it doesn't feel natural to them, because they still have lost nerve endings. What I read once is that a guy who was circumcised as an adult and then restored said it was like going from 10/10 sensation to 2/10 sensation to 7/10 with the restored foreskin.

One thing that makes me reluctant is the fact that it will take quite a while, and it might look really strange when I am in the middle of the process.

I think you might need more than 10 minutes a days to get any appreciable progress. IIRC all of the routines I saw for manual tugging were at least 20 minutes a day
