Anyone else been starvemaxxing lately? Any advice?

For the past couple of days I've been only eating once a day. I think this is likely a side effect of my meds finally working but I'm not complaining. I'm fat and trying to lose the weight. Idgaf about my health.

I'm 18 so I don't gotta worry about stunting growth or anything. I'm 5'7 it's already over for me.

Anyone who's been doing the same have any tips/advice?

Literally only drink tea/coffee mixed with zero calorie sweetener, protein shakes/plain cooked chicken breast, and consume around 0.3*bw in lbs grams of fat to cut at >1000 calories dailu. Thats what i did

i eat one meal per day and its carbs milk and banana to help me sleep
caffeine doesnt work for a long in keeping me not hungry, maybe half hour but thats just me
