A few years ago, sitting on netflix was considered cheap dopamine. Watching netflix feels like work to me, I am so used to short videos and being present in different types of social media, on youtube, IG, looksmax and tinder at once.. that it feels like a chore watching netflix tbh. Did anyone here successfully did a full 24 hour internet/phone detox and can experience how bad the withdrawal symptoms are going to be?
