Anyone had Subcision and rf microneedling

I have had a consultation. which is superior the Profound machine or Genius for rf microneedling.

Is subcision outdated? a clinic told me that its old and they prefer microneedling with prp instead.

I want to alternate b/w subcision and rf microneedling. I was told to wait till october because of my color and possibility of scarring or discoloration. anyone that had any experience please share
