Anyone have a bonesmashing routine for lower third?

Might aswell try it , have a year left of significant mandibular growth, and 2 years of moderate mandibular growth.

Just say how you do it and for what reasons.
Might try bonesmashing my gonions at first, but how the fuck would one bonesmash for a longer ramus, or a longer mandible? Doesn’t make sense. Maybe adding bone mass/width to the mandible but I can’t see a way to add width, atleast from my own brain’s comprehension

astro sky used to say it acc worked bc in theory ur bones grow and get accustomed to the strain you put them through, like when operating heavy machinery your fingers will get stronger and bigger, he posted a before and after but tbh i think he just got fillers

Bonesmashing is useful for zygos, but for gonial is useless. Use jawliner(those that you put on molar) instead. don't spend 40$ for this, on amazon they cost 10$ or less.
I started rad140 (10 mg per day) on 30 january for the gym, and i also started using jawliner (20 min per day, 10 minutes on the morning and 10 minutes on the evening), my masseter muscle has grown and fixed a lot my gonials, I'm near to have diamond face with the sun light, which is the worst i'd say since it doesn't create any shadows (obviously my chin and mandible haven't changed, they were ok, my only problem in this area is the square which is given by masseters).
