Anyone know how much T levels have to rise to make any significant difference in building muscle and or fat loss?

Idk if this is relevant to the looksmax section but In a few months I want to lower my T dose to be in the normal range and was wondering what the difference in T levels on the normal range make.

For example if natty T is 550ng/dl would have T levels with fluctuation accounted for on average at 750ng make a significant difference or is it only noticeable from like 350 - 900? The only information I can find on this subject is on supraphysiological doses.
 
Shbg/free t is what matters.
