Anyone laser eye surgery maxxed before?

Wearing contacts is a pain in cold weather countries because my eyes dry out for half the year, and since I have a giant head wearing any kind of glasses hurts my temples anyways and instantly lowers psl. My optometrist says I have to keep a constant prescription for at least two years to see if my eyes are stable, but looks like my prescription has been steady for at least ten years now, just have to get it official this coming August with this new doctor.

Any suffering from light halos at night afterwards? Lasik or PRK? I have about $4000USD saved up for this specifically already, ready to get hubble telescope vision again.
