rhino is the only way. What you think is bloat is just bulbousity

i think it looks kind of bloated sometimes like i could make it slimmer

Rinse with a netty pot with salt every night to clean up daily internally, and clean the sinuses. Also, try Adapelene to reduce sebum production. your nose looks pretty good btw.
