anything I could realistically do for bone growth before my jaw surgery?

I’m 19, xray was 3 months ago and plates are still open, what can I do for bone growth? not for height I’m 6’6 and happy enough but my jaw sucks dick

facial growth naturally aside from the mandibular condyle is dependent on your sutures. post ur full face along with ur palate.

you look way older, but you got so many pathways to take to achieve bone growth

doesnt seem narrow. but expansion could be positive or negative depending on how it affects ur other features. is that u in the pfp? if so expansion could benefit u but ur nose is already too wide.

Doesn’t look narrow, post a front profile (you can crop out eyes but leave ends of zygos in)
Also preferably minimal lens distortion

You’re just fat and narrow jaw plus not much forward projection of zygos

Roids might trigger bone growth but idk much about that

If you’re getting jaw surgery anyways, just do that
Then later on you can see if you want filler or implants (probably zygo and jaw angle)
