i'm definitely going to be using these this summer and I was wondering how to minimize the side effects im right now planning on just using lipoic acid to counteract the mk-677 effects on insulin. do you guys have have any other supplements I should be taking or is lipoic good enough?

If you aren’t looking for Sarms or Roids but still want a cheap and good alternative to it you could try Enclomiphene. The compound itself can raise testosterone up to 2x+ but it’s usage shouldnt be used without an aromatase inhibidor if you are still growing.

That is the case since enclo raises test and estrogen through LH and FSH pathways but having high estrogen could lead to growth plates closure and gyno.

Also doing it with an AI can make your test even higher and ending up you being taller since your growth plates aren’t closing as fast as they naturally would have. Although the height gain is extremely small I’m talking 2cm per year so if your main goal was height growth I would 100% recommend doing HGH with an AI such as Letrozole on low dosages of 0.5-0.75mg EOD.
