No real way. There's commissuroplasty, but that's general for extreme cases like microstomia (it's largely functional, not cosmetic).
Don't even bother with mouth stretching and all that shit, doesn't work.

Ur lip is a muscle and it’ll widen if u stretch it just like any muscle in the body yk, ur best bet is some form of lip widening appliance if ur pallete isn’t the issue

I’ve been using a derma roller and seeing if it will widen my lips for know it definitely cuts but also leaves lots of redness
