Around that age you should honestly just wear whatever you want. My reason for saying that is because you won't be age shamed for what you're wearing. But if you want to appeal to women you should just wear anything that isn't streetwear, like maybe go for an old money type of look (dress shirts, scarfs, chinos, boots or boats shoes, whatever) Its pretty broad appeal, I guess.

Old money is pretty good but it depends on the occasion, tbh your looks matter way more than your fashion around this age as your most likely still in school (high school or college) and nobody has money for nice clothes
