I'm taking 15mg of lycopene a day and try to get 30.000 IU of beta-carotene from eating carrots (that's around 2-3 medium sized carrots). I notice a difference in my skin color it's better looking.

Carotene is a carotenoid, it's just toxins your body can't convert anyway, i promise you you're wasting money if you buy

i have gotten a bit too orange and will lay off a bit of the beta carotene
100k ui betacarotene
40mg lycopene
20mg astaxhanthin
you will need atleast 40mg of betacarotene to notice any colour changing unless you're very small. 100k ui is 60mg

mark me as solution and yes i took 4 25k ui pills and ive become too orange and ive been called out for it before. just take 75k
