I’ve been doing neck curls for 5 months now with myofunctional exercises one being a tounge exercise but posture exercises can workExercises in general won't fix your posture in most cases. Moving your hyoid bone with chin tucks won't work either.
The only way to tighten the hyoid is by expanding your oral volume with a bimax.
To test your oral volume stick your tongue out, you'll need a bimax if it doesn't tighten naturally.

Okay so usually I will add weight to my head rather with hands or actual weights you can buy a head strap and put a weight on it or whatever you want but how it helps especially laying on your stomach and picking your head up is pretty obvious your correcting your neck so it doesn’t slump downDo yk how it trains your posture because I don't understand how putting your head down a couple of times fixes posture
