I am 18 and my face is very puffy
i am high bf rn (about 18) so thats def a reason
but i feel like i got the kid look: fat cheeks "soft bones" and not that high of a dimorphism
if looked into some fat desolvers that i can use, but idk if they are even worth it tbh
if you have any experience pleas tell me about it
