HGH is the only thing that truly works under certain circumstances. If you're deficient as a child then yeah it'll boost height growth but if your genetic limit is 5'7 or 6'3 or 4'11, HGH won't change that it'll just help you get to that height faster IF your growth plates haven't closed yet. Still wouldn't recommend to just pin without research

nutrients are essential for growth most of these products use nutrients that aren't in a bioavaible form and are useless even if they are in your bloodstream

What are micronutrients in animal products?

You can't get these from pills because it's imposible to properly extract them, and even if it says that it's a vitamin or somethgin it's a plant version, meaning it's not bioavailable and is extremely toxic.

The only supplements that could actually work are serums that are high quality (ex. taurine serum)

Height growth supplements doesn't make u taller it contains nutrients which help u grow taller in puberty
