They wont give you bonemass, however, if you chew with your molars (back of your mouth) it engages your masseter muscles and you can grow them over time, giving your face a wider look like Romulus

Also, its better with heavy chewing as it can stimulate hypertrophy easier.

But the good thing about them is that they are forever lasting, making it easier to train consistently.


What they dont do:

They wont give your jawline have more bonemass, if you have a recessed mandible, it will stay recessed, if you have a recessed ramus, it will stay recessed, etc, so if you bought it for that purpose, unfortunately you spent your money wrong, however you can still use it to train your masseter muscle.

from my knowledge it can help your jaw, but it isn’t a god tier softmax.
