Are my eyes saveable surgically or is it just over for them

Used to think maybe Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair was the answer, but recent reality checks have made me realize the limits of it. Don't have much scleral show so it will probably be extremely limited in what it can do. My PFL isn't too horrid at around 28mm give or take half an mm, but the sheer amount of height to my eyes is absurd. I don't really know what I can do to fix this and stop having subhuman round eyes. Would it be possible to perhaps convince a surgeon to perform upper eyelid retraction repair at the same time, so that my upper lid also rests lower? I feel like getting more UEE would be worth such a thing, but all the results I've seen of UERR seem more severe so maybe no surgeons would agree.

I think the issue is ur eye shape and that ur lower lid is too rounded of a curve

Like Lauren de graaf has really flat lower lid then curve ups slightly to meet upper lid at lateral canthus

Obv she has more canthal tilt n should cuz she’s female but good example of shape

I don’t even think ur eyes look bad at all tbh

Kinda look like Jack edu’s eye

Not smt to worry abt imo

the eyebrows massively hurt ur eye area. Idk if fixing them somehow could happen tho. Maybe an eyebrow transplant to create a straight more low set line and plucking the rest or moving them into that position, if its even possible idk. Then maybe the llrr would look better

Yea it's mostly just the super positive tilt on them, makes them look kind of owl-like. After seeing this I got the idea to shave off the small downwards part at the ends

Went a little conservative for now. I wonder if I could use botox to drop the outer half of the brow and make it appear more straight overall, I've heard of some people doing that though I'm not sure how legit it really is

Something along the lines of this (ignoring the fake negative hooding I'm creating with the pressure)

I have completely different eye issues, your’s look really good in my opinion, but potentially a fox eye lift would help. It should give you a better cantal tilt and like your eyebrows up a bit better. I’d recommend dying your eyebrows and using topical minoxidil to get them thicker tho. Take my opinion on the fox eye lift with a grain of salt tho.
