Are my failos that bad or is it something else

I got around to measuring my harmony from this post https://looksmax.org/threads/ideal-facial-ratios-and-proportions.57266/
For the most part bone wise my ratios met the "required" numbers. The only things that fell short were mouth to nose and lower to upper lip. Are these perts that bad where it stands out or is it something else (I also feel like my eye area is not that good)? I believe i measure everything right (just using the pixels on photoshop as ratios for the measurements). I also measure zygomatic width from basically the start of one of the inner airpods to another. Is this the correct way to do it because if it has to be more in it would explain a lot. Also I am looking for general tips to make my appearance better.

dnr a single molecule but if ur still going through puberty youll be good. if not, surgery or rope.
