You might need SARPE or some bone-anchored expander since your maxilla has probably fused. Palate expansion is possible at any age if you account for this though

What I will say tho is don't use any DIY toothborne expander or you'll fuck your teeth up since those expanders just push your TEETH apart since they aren't anchored to the bone

Also you need to see how ur mandibular intermolar width is as well
