Will they cause any medical issues or infections in the long term (2-3 decades)? Can you get revisions after 20-30 years if you need bigger implant?
Are PEEK implants safe long term? Is there damage to bone or skin on removal?

You can get revisions even after 50 years, PEEK implants will almost never cause infection, Just don't for silicone
