Are sock height boosters any good?

Im using shoelifts and
Recently i started seeing alot of sock height boosters on tiktok
I was wondering if it was any good and
If its combinable with shoelifts

no they fucking suck they are super unstable and wobbly. Bought them once never used them again after trying them out a couple of times
Also not stealthy at all since it easier to spot that youre walking weird when you are not wearing shoes

I saw one that they sticked soft height booster inside of sock so when you wear it it's stable. But it just increases height by 3-4 cms

Do you mean stitched into a sock? Even then i doubt it stable since its not attached to you heel. It will naturally move away from your heel because its not fixated.
Also you can always subtract 1-2cm of the advertised height of a height booster insole because they compress when you standing on them. Also overtime they tend to compress more and more at least the standard height boosters

It was attached to the heel. imagine extra soft heel in sock. It's like 5cm but whn you wear it compress down to 2-3
