Are supplements cope?

i would like some advice i have been working out for 5 months i am natty and i have put a fair amount of muscle i take creatine and eaas and prework out i have good genetics. but i was wondering is there any supliments you think work that i should get ? like omega 3 or zink ?
Before I say anything you should do your own extensive research before doing what someone online tells u. Me personally I take omega 3’s, vitamin d3, magnesium before bed, ashwaganda, vitamin c, I’m gonna add a couple more but that’s it for now. Before the gym I take 1 scoop of beet root powder, and carb up with something like banana/ rice cake with honey or oatmeal with fruits. I don’t take creatine protein powder or any other supplement. Also drink 3l water a day and eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Start researching how to train properly, the key is progressive overloading, you need to be able to workout with the most amount of frequency for each muscle each week but u have to know at what point you receive diminishing returns. For example if you hit 20 sets of chest to failure in 1 week that will be redundant and you will not be able to fully recover. Always remember carb before workout to improve motor unit recruitment, the key to building muscle is mechanical tension. Eat protein right after workout

honestly see what youre local gymcells are taking apart from trenbolan or other shit, santacruz covers supplemets a lot but I dont know if he is your go to guy
yea have a home gym and i dont go out so i dont know any gymcells near me

D3 is also structurally very similar to steroids and there have been some pretty dope new studies showing that large doses of d3 can rewire the bodies metabolism in such a way were more excess energy goes to muscle production

You're good homie. Having sufficient amounts of magnesium in the body is all that matters for d3 breakdown

yeah bro thank you, I think most people take it with K2 or as D3 like you said, about that new study I would wait a bit yeah, but a lot of people especially older ones have an addiction to buying new supplements that they see on tv thinking it will heal them because it said so

Bro I will tell you right now “I Pounds 7 pounds” is cope as fuck. Do not care about the scale, only care about how u look in the mirror. You’re experiencing newbie gains right now anyways so whatever you do you’re gonna see progress regardless but eventually you’ll hit a plateau which is where you need to educate yourself on proper training . I would suggest you eat at maintenance calorie or 200-300 surplus.

Also the rep ranges don’t really matter as long as the intensity is high, as you progress you will learn about stuff like reps in reserve, basically going to failure provides the same about of stimulus to the muscle as 1-2 reps in reserve. it’s hard to judge in the beggining so whatever you do I would just train hard as fuck. Enjoy those gains brotha. Also u might want to focus on the compound movements in the beggining, stuff like bench press deadlift and squat, this will build all types of muscles at the same time rather then focusing on 1 small specific muscles. U can focus on those muscles later

I mean supplements are good, I understand it you want to stay natty but there are so many compounds that researchers claim to be safe if used the right way why not try that

idk my dad use to be a professional bodybuilder and he is 100% against anything that isn't natty i tried to ask him if i could try peds and he blew up on me

you know how i can get bigger arms without flexing them, because I deal with the problem that if I flex my biceps or triceps it looks worked out and above average but when my arms are fx. in my pockets they look skinny and untrained because they're also pretty long

Tbh focus more on triceps people think biceps make the arm look big but they wrong, 2 thirds of your arm is actually triceps. Also do more stuff like hammer curls that targets the brachialis making the arm look thicker rather then targeting the biceps peak

I wouldn’t advise hopping on ped’s at a young age bro for all u know ur gonn work out for 1 year then quit like a bitch. U should make sure u understand stuff about building muscle and how to diet before taking that stuff

You got to first understand what a supplement is, because the pharma industry are a bunch of fucking faggot friends of epstein who want you to buy there shit instead of instantly hoping on gear.
here is the most important thing the definition

Long story short if now its winter in Europe and its cold and there is less sunlight whatsoever taking Vitamin D is OP and reasonable, because we won't get as much of it as we need, this would be nonsens in like Thailand tho where its like 30+ degrees Celsius the whole year round. Vitamin D: A hormone essential for calcium absorption, bone health, and immune function. (reduces depression too btw)

So a supp like creatine that is an amino acid only adds these substances to your already existing creatine compund in muscle cells, because creatine is found almost exclusively in animal products, especially muscle tissue: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Fish.

So after reading this you should take creatine because its a great supplement but keep in mind what a supplement is I explained it to you with the example of Vitamin D, I'm LARPING as so high IQ rn holy shit. Another good example would be like zinc which people take if there body creates a value under the norm or they want to raise it.


ALSO REALLY IMPORTANT ONLY BUY HIGH QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS WITH GOOD NATURAL INGRIEDNTS OTHERWISE JUST START WITH ROIDS

And u think that’s healthy?😂 ur body naturally produces testosterone that’s why I would assume adding a small amount would probably still be kinda safe. That being said idk shit about these peptides or how they work

Just find a good cleanser and moisturizer, change your pillow sheets weekly, drink lots of water and fix up ur diet. Doing all that made my skin wayyyy better. Also u can do some sort of exfoliation couple times a week

Just remember: pharmacological effect is directly proportionate to chance of adverse side effects (outside of deficiencies). Assuming someone is not deficient in anything, I think that the money you spend on supplements could be better served elsewhere.
  • L-Theanine: great for focusing, combined with coffee and it's like a very small dose of Adderall – this is the only supplement I buy regularly
  • Ashwagandha: this will calm you down and make you less stressed. Get KSM-66, not cope ash root which doesn't work. I built tolerance to this quickly so I no longer buy it.
  • Creatine: apparently has an effect, extremely well researched for both neuroprotective and body composition effects. I've used it in the long term, and personally never noticed anything, but it's so researched that I'm probably an exception.

Because they make money that simple. They will never tell u fix your diet, drink water, clean your face instead the simple answer is here take this pill

i just feel worse after eating it doesnt give me the same level of joy and dopamine as something in a restraunt served nice and not processed, bloating is true cus its full of salt and mentally you can also feel it. I get the worst breakouts after travelling and laying on like a window a table in a plane or bus or train
