Been taking supplements recently for T-maxxing and my D3 only supports 1000 IU per capsule which, after seeing some threads, is pretty shit compared to people taking literally 50,000 IU. I’ve also noticed that the ingredients include soybean oil for some reason. Since soybean oil is basically taboo is it still ok to take these supplements or should I just throw it out for something with more potency?
