Are these goals realistic for 5'7?

Bidelt/frame: 18-19 inch
Waist: 26-28 inch
Hips: 30 inch

I don't know what I'll look like after the weight loss but I want to know if these are realistic. My frame is already 17 inches. I plan to leanmaxx and start working out shoulders.

How would this build be? I'm 18 so I know I'm done growing
