Right now I’m taking
- beta carotene
- d3 and k2
Boron

I’m almost 17, is this list good?

supplements are mostly cope but ig u could take like omega 3s, NAC, creatine, magnesium, zinc, iron, coq10, vitamin c

How does that make them worse ?
It becomes rancid practically before you even open it. Oxidation leads to loss of benefits and can even create harmful things
