No, it's in fact led us for thousands of years to the point we are now. Enlarged non-close-knit societies with any assurance from switching partners(patriarchy) abolished has led to this nature of choosing the best mate being manipulated. Anything else would be dysgenic and insane to propose, if you do have hate it should be directed to the current conditions(and those who created them)
