What’s your estrogen level at? Like how much % did it crash
So my estrogen was at 19pl/mL while I was on DHEA but it was 17pl/mL before I started. I didn’t realize it went up from the DHEA I just started anastrozole so I haven’t tested my levels again yet. I haven’t felt any cognitive effects yet. I’m always tired so I don’t think my fatigue got worse. I’m more worried about the QSC HGH I’ve been concerned it may have heavy metals or endotoxins.

QSC is a solid source I don’t think you should worry about that stuff
you need your bloodwork due to then you can see your exact E2 levels. You adjust your dose of arimidex based on your e2 levels, if their super high, then you need to take a bigger dose, and if their low you can take a smaller dose. What pg/ml are you planning on having your levels? cause crashing your E2 to 0 is not a good idea
I dont know much about the specifics on E2. Looking at the guy above me’s range, I guess i would like to have it between 10-20? I dont really know
There’s not like a correct dose that you can calculate where you can accurately predict how much estrogen will be suppressed. The only way to know your dose is to pick a starting dose then test your estrogen. I’d say what range to aim for the lowest I’d go is 10pg/mL but I wouldn’t go high either or the anastrozole is useless.
I will say I do fear potential neurological effects. I don’t believe it will happen but I’m not 100% sure they won’t occur.
you really need to research before you take an ai man, if you crush your e2 to 0 during puberty its a serious thing, cognitive decline, immense fatigue, irritability, it's not something to just guess. If you want your plates to be open as long as possible then having your e2 as low as possible is ideal but it comes with side effects that you need to know and manage, above 15 pg/ml is around low-normal range for male teens.
I’d say aim for around 15 pg/mL it’s better to be safe then sorry 10 pg/mL is like a bare minimum but it’s better to stay higher then that. No matter what if your messing with estrogen there are risks you have to weigh out your priorities.
I’ll be getting my bloodwork done soon. Once i get on Arimidex I’ll try to keep it around 15pg/ml. Thanks for the help bhai
it has a half life of 2 days either way it doesnt really matter and my biggest side effect was me sweating and hot flashes and the solution is to avoid caffeine 5 hour from taking the pill
Yeah I have some memory side effects but that should subside when I finish my protocol.
