This 110-year old Arizona man credits his longevitymaxxing and health to the following 5 foods:
Honey contains fructose and leads to glycation damage doesn't it?
Cinnamon inhibits mTOR pathway and shows promising longevity potential (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4309393/).
Chocolate (only 85%+ cocoa) lowers cortisol, but could contain other healthmins if the cocoa levels are too low.
Olive oil seems like a healthy source of fats (Bryan Johnson consumes 3 tbsp of extra vigin olive oil daily).
Is this guy coping and in reality just has good genetics, are these foods magical longevitymaxxers, or possibly a combination of these two theories?
