On the body, not much.
You won't slay anyway if you're on .org, no female will see you naked, why worry?
If you would have a good face, would she care about acne on your body? No, she wouldn't.

Well i mean i go to school im from the uk so we have a uniform White shirts and they have nothing covering the arm mostly so If i were to take off like my blazer if it was hot or something you would see my arms and the acne

ah yeah same here but you can get long sleeve shirts and honestly i dont think its much of an issue that people would care about, atleast here since im from england and have the same uniform. Get muscle and im sure that would get much more attention than the spots haha
