Aromasin and Reta dosing

I am going to be taking 6-8iu's of hgh daily soon but i need to know how much Reta i should be taking to support insulin sensitivity and how much Aromasin i should be taking to prevent high levels of estrogen

You dont need aromasin for hgh
Not sure about reta tho

The use of aromasin is to prevent your growth plates from closing,not the hgh thats going to get your estrogen up but your body does in the final stages of growth so go low with ai first get bloodwork and adjust the dose

ok thanks, do you have any idea of how often and which amount to take on the aromasin? I know it depends but generally what would be a decent amount without causing too many problems? I have been trying to figure this out but it's kinda hard because im fucking retarded.
