"Asians are uncreative" stereotype is probably true ngl

Just finished reading 3 sci-fi novels and it suddenly occurred to me that there are virtually zero Asian sci-fi novel writers. Or fantasy writers in general. Almost all of these types of books are made by whites or jews. Asians do write books but not this kind.

They created the foundations for those things but failed to innovate with any of them. Why did the chinese fail to make good guns before the europeans did despite having access to gunpowder first? Why did the Chinese not create the first modern printing press despite having paper first?

Asians are high IQ yes but they seem to struggle with things that require something more than cold logic.
