Asymmetrical UEE in Selfie Camera

My right eye’s UEE looks pretty bad in the frontal camera, but in normal pics/mirror it’s almost unnoticeable. I think I may have a case of very mild ptosis.

Does anyone know what causes this? Surely it’s a consequence of lens distortion, but how, exactly?

I dont know i had a very bad case of ptosis but went away with age, i have almost perfect hooding now
