I don't want a blocky waist, so I don't want to train obliques.

What are some at home exercises that can make me lose belly fat and build abs muscle?

Also, what exercises are good for lats that don't train the obliques?

I prefer something without equipment, although I do have dumbbells

I'm doing about 60-70 push ups a day

do : crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises, hanging leg raises, seated knee tucks, dead bug, plank, toe touches

avoid : russian twists, side planks, bicycle crunches, woodchoppers, any twisting or side-bending motion

Solution
The only way to lose belly fat is to lose weight.
Just do crunches situps or hanging leg raises if you have a bar or something you can hang on.

Also I assume you don't have an access to the gym.
Try this bodyweight workout for fun then.

100 pushups - chest, triceps, front delt
100 sit ups - abs
100 squats - legs
100 pullups - back, a bit of biceps too im pretty sure
AND A 10KM RUN

if you cant do 10km, idk just run, it will help you burn weight faster if thats your goal, as well as improving your endurance/stamina

dead hang till failure at the end for workout for lats and grip strength

Do these in sets till failure (as much as you can every time) and once you manage to do 100 with ease and not much struggle, progressively overload (just increase the number)
