But i realised it was all a cope as i didnt have the strength to face life head on. I wanted a way out and religion offered it. Its for those who are too pussy to kill themselves. If one is really a pessimist then the only logical option is suicide. But these religions prevent suicide by introducing karma and afterlife and all that nonsense so that one doesnt kill himself after consuming their pessimistic rhetoric. IMO I have always differed in belief in regards to this with Nietzsche, i think this sort of religiousness is only appealing to an already weak person and for majority of its history Christianity was shaped by europeans and influenced heavily despite going against their original teachings which is why medieval and early moden europe despite being so christian were incredibly martial and militaristic and were heavily alligned with a more noble morality despite operating under a christian veneer
