Auschwitzmaxxing! Should I continue cutting? Lol at my genetics

Hi buddy boyos, me 18(not growing much more) got dumped by my based polish gf for being too autistic and weird) I am still a virgin😎) so I decided to continue cutting. Lots of my gym coper friends who masculinitymax with 100 kg tell me that I look like a jew. So I wanted to ask you if I am to skinny for cutting (lost some muscle size to water/glycogen loss). In my opinion my bloated face, hips and abs still need much work so I want to continue.🥲

My current diet is a protein sparring modified fasting one. I only consume 8 proteinshakes a day (700 cals) for 223g of protein to maintain muscle and get into ketosis. I also take supplements for all the necessary nutrition (still malnourished lol).

I am sadly a hip and obliquecel🙃



TLDR: Guess my bodyfat (I think 14%) and should I continue cutting for face/abs (target audience of girls 14-16)?

I am consuming 1g of fat daily💀. Bro I am fat enough but I am gonna do a 2 day diet break every 2 weeks

In which way do I not have the bone structure to be skinny. If I have more fat my hips/face are even more bloated.
I am not very muscular as I have always been in a deficit during my gymmaxxing

Everytime I sweat or go to the gym, so normally everyday but since I am starving I only hit the gym twice a week to preserve muscle mass

Get on an animal based diet. A lots of meat, liver (400g every week), eggs, other organs and you wont gain fat anyways. Cut out the protein shakes, replace it with meat. You can also eat white rice, potatoes, fruits, vegs and so on. Unless you start eating crap or go way over board with carbs, you wont get fat but leaner.

Build some mass, you are really lacking sexual appeal. Even your age goal will always pref some mass, just dont become a bloated gymbro. You have a great base, a very striking eye area

Gaining fat is calories in and calories out. I would get magically leaner while building muscle through a bodybuilder carnivore diet. Also I couldn’t afford that and my parents won‘t allow me buying cheap meat

it works best try it. Train whole body,then rest for a week and then repeat. Just go to failure every set. I still think besides OP that he means hyperplasia instead of myofibrillar hypertrophy. But there is not enough literature regarding hyperplasia in humans

It’s way easier to cut and get a lean face when you actually have muscle I found. That way you don’t disintegrate into nothing
